SOFIA, Bulgaria (AP) - Edinson Cavani struck twice in the second half to lift Paris Saint-German to a 3-1 victory over Ludogorets Razgrad in the Champions League on Wednesday.

The striker scored for the visitors to go 2-1 ahead in the 56th minute and sealed the first victory for the French team in Group A just four minutes later.

PSG and Arsenal both have four points in the group, while Ludogorets and Basel have a point each.

Ludogorets defender Natanael curled a free kick over the defensive wall 16 minutes into the game to give the hosts a 1-0 lead, with Blaise Matuidi equalizing four minutes before the interval.

Ludogorets wasted a golden opportunity in the 59th when Cosmin Moti failed to convert a penalty kick.

Arsenal beat Basel 2-0 in the group’s other game on Wednesday.
