LANCASTER, S.C. (AP) - Police are investigating after a man was shot to death at an apartment complex in South Carolina.

Lancaster Police Chief Thomas Grant said officers were called to a shooting at an apartment complex shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday. Grant says officers found an SUV with a number of bullet holes.

He says the victim walked around from behind the complex and collapsed. First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The man’s name has not been released but Grant said the victim was 18 years old.

No arrests have been made.
