A handful of adorable kids gave their own interpretations of the story of Easter Thursday night on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

Kids visiting Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles were asked by the show’s producers, “What is the meaning of Easter?”

“Jesus rose from the dead?” one wise young boy asked cautiously.

Asked what happened to Jesus on Easter, another little boy answered after much contemplation: “He made a bunny.”

He then said Jesus was in Heaven working on a “project” when he returned to Earth to “see the bunny.”

“The bad guys killed him,” another said.

“He did this,” the same boy said before raising his arms like Jesus on the cross.

One boy was perplexed when asked what Jesus ultimately died of. His final answer: “Drugs.”

“He was put into a cave with a rock,” a young girl said.

“It took three days and two angels to come and move a boulder, and Jesus was alive!” another little girl exclaimed.

When one boy was asked what Jesus did when he came back to life, he had no words, only dance moves.
