FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man whose motorcycle collided with another vehicle has died nearly two weeks after the crash.
Fifty-seven-year-old Paul Herman, of Jim Thorpe, died Sunday at St. Luke’s University Hospital. The Lehigh County coroner is continuing to investigate with police, even though the crash occurred in Carbon County.
Police say Herman was riding on Route 248 in Franklin Township, Carbon County, when he collided with a sport-utility vehicle as he was turning left. That happened about 3 p.m. April 4.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The coroner says Herman died of his head injuries. He had been wearing a helmet.
