WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Delaware hospital says four private security officers and two supervisors are no longer employed after a videotaped incident in which a man was beaten and kicked while being restrained.

Christiana Care Health System spokeswoman Karen Browne said in a prepared statement Tuesday that the Feb. 24 incident at Wilmington Hospital does not reflect the company’s values.

The video was obtained by The News Journal of Wilmington. It shows a man being repeatedly struck while four security officers are trying to restrain him on a bench in a small room, where he is handcuffed to a wall.

Details on why the man was at the hospital or what led to the altercation were not immediately available.
