PITTSFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Authorities say foul play is not suspected in the death of a 22-year-old man found dead in a large trash container in Pittsfield.
The Berkshire district attorney on Sunday identified the man found Saturday evening as Louis Ely.
The DA says it appears Ely climbed in the receptacle on his own.
The trash bin belonged to an area business.
An autopsy, including toxicology tests, is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
