KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) - The Latest on the temporary closure of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 in Kingman, Arizona (all times local):

4:40 p.m.

The Arizona Department of Transportation says on its twitter account that the eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 in Kingman, Arizona, near the Nevada border have been reopened.

Earlier Sunday afternoon, the department had closed the lanes as it investigated a fire and crash.

2:33 p.m.

Interstate 40 in Kingman, Arizona near the Nevada border is closed in the eastbound lanes.

The Arizona Department of Transportation said Sunday afternoon that it is investigating a fire and crash.

The left lane in westbound I-40 near the crash is also closed until further notice.

Drivers passing through between Phoenix and Las Vegas should prepare for delays and find alternate routes.
