EFFINGHAM, N.H. (AP) - U.S. marshals have arrested a man in New Hampshire 12 years after police issued a warrant for his arrest on a parole violation.
The Fugitive Task Force said 49-year-old Justin Randall had been on parole for receiving stolen property. The warrant was issued in 2004. He was arrested Monday in Effingham.
Other warrants for Randall were issued in 2009 on failing to appear on a child neglect case, in 2010 on a sexual assault charge and in 2017 on a burglary charge in Wakefield.
Randall was to be taken to the Carroll County Jail. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
