An arm of Planned Parenthood geared toward assisting black communities used the release of a Beyonce video titled “Die with You” to promote its services.

The award-winning singer, who is pregnant with twins with husband Jay Z, released the video “Die with You” on Tuesday to celebrate their 9th wedding anniversary. The Twitter account of Planned Parenthood (PP) Black Community then jarred users by incorporating the title into promotional material.

“There are going to be a lot babies made after listening to Die With You. Remember, your local Planned Parenthood does prenatal care, too,” the organization tweeted.

Readers were stunned, given Planned Parenthood’s reputation for having performed hundreds of thousands of abortions since its inception in 1916.

“This is sick. Twisted. How can a mind think this is not an evil tweet,” responded one user.

“Unbelievable!” replied another.

“I can get an abortion or a referral. How do u sell baby parts of u let them live?” asked Red State contributor Kira Ayn Davis.

Others tweeted stories on the breakdown of services provided by Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood Black Community’s website stresses its abortion services and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases.

“Planned Parenthood is committed to increasing access and reducing racial disparities in reproductive health care, including the high rates of cancers, sexually transmitted infections, and unintended pregnancy among African Americans,” the website says.
