OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police have made an arrest in connection with the death of a 79-year-old man who was found inside a northwest Oklahoma City home.

Sgt. Gary Knight said in a news release Thursday that a 30-year-old man was arrested on a first-degree murder complaint in the death of Beaux McGlothlin. Court records do not show that formal charges have been filed.

McGlothlin was found dead Tuesday afternoon by police who were asked to check on him because he had not shown up for work.

A suspected cause of death has not been released, but Knight says the man’s injuries are consistent with homicide. Knight has declined to describe the injuries.

Police did not immediately return a phone call for additional comment.
