LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming has agreed to play at Arizona State in football in 2024.

The Cowboys will travel to Tempe, Arizona, on Aug. 31, 2024, under a single-game agreement between the two programs.

The Cowboys and Sun Devils have not played each other since 1977, which was the final year Arizona State was a member of the Western Athletic Conference.

Wyoming and Arizona State have played 15 previous times, with Wyoming capturing six wins and Arizona State winning nine times.

The game versus Arizona State is one of several games versus PAC-12 Conference teams that Wyoming has on its future schedules. The Pokes will host Oregon next season on Sept. 16 and will host Washington State on Sept. 1, 2018.
