UNION, S.C. (AP) - Authorities have found a missing South Carolina man who had “I will kill you” spray painted on his home and charged him with trespassing.

Union County deputies said 24-year-old Kelvin Durham was located Monday, a day after he called 911 to report he was being chased. The call dropped before he could give the operator more information.

Deputies released no other information about what happened to Durham. Jail records indicate he was charged Monday.

Authorities say the day before he disappeared, Durham’s family reported the spray painted threat, and Durham had recently been hit by a car that drove off while out walking.

Deputies told media outlets they found Durham’s BMW abandoned near where he made the 911 call on state Highway 49 near Union
