NEW YORK (AP) - Police in New York say a 16-year-old boy was slashed on the face while on a subway platform and ran into Bloomingdale’s for help.
It happened on Manhattan’s upper east side shortly before 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The teen was taken to a hospital where he is in serious but stable condition.
Police say the attacker fled on foot. No arrests have been made and authorities are seeking a motive.
