UNIONTOWN, Pa. (AP) - Pennsylvania State Police say a 16-year-old has been charged with shooting at two people who were fighting, fatally wounding one of them.

Police say 19-year-old Raji Raven Hickenbottom died Wednesday in Fayette County.

Investigators say Hickenbottom was fighting with another person, whose name was not released, when the 16-year-old picked up the gun and fired. Hickenbottom was hit in the chest. He was taken to a Uniontown hospital, where he was pronounced dead.



Police say the 16-year-old has been taken into custody.
