ODESSA, Del. (AP) - Police say an 18-year-old Delaware man has died from injuries he suffered in a motorcycle crash.

Police said Monday that Josiah W. Wible of Townsend was pronounced dead at Christiana Hospital on Saturday.

Police say the crash happened Friday near Odessa. Police say 43-year-old man was waiting to make a U-turn at an intersection. Police say as the man’s car turned, Wible’s motorcycle struck the rear passenger side of the car.

Police say Wible was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the roadway. Police say the motorcyclist was traveling at an apparent high rate of speed.

The man driving the car was not injured. Police say the crash remains under investigation and that no charges have been filed.
