CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - Eleven community health centers in New Hampshire are getting $1.1 million in federal funding.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced the funding Tuesday as part of Health Center Week, designed to celebrate the high-quality, affordable treatment provided by community health centers.

Those receiving funds have shown high levels of performance in one or more areas, including improving quality of care, increasing access to care and addressing health care disparities.
