SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - Police in South Carolina are searching for a man who has been charged in connection to a fatal shooting outside a grocery store.

Spartanburg police Major Art Littlejohn tells local news outlets that 18-year-old Gettis Andre Chambers is accused of killing 28-year-old Tyshann Rashadd Smith on Aug. 7 at Biggerstaff Grocery. Chambers is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Smith was found dead in the driver’s seat of a car parked at the store. Littlejohn says Smith shot and killed 21-year-old Raymond Turner during the same incident.

Police are looking for Chambers and two other men who were seen in surveillance video in the store parking lot shortly after the shootings.

It’s unclear if Chambers has an attorney.
