SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Vermont State Police have charged a woman who they say was found with marijuana during a traffic stop.
WPTZ-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2vFQJo2 ) troopers observed a car travelling 77 mph in a 55 mph zone where construction work was taking place Wednesday night in South Burlington. Troopers stopped the car and found the driver, a 19-year-old Enosburg Falls woman, was in possession of more than an ounce of marijuana.
The woman was charged with possession of marijuana and issued a citation. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
