BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Demonstrators demanding racial equality are taking to the streets of Boulder.

A couple hundred people marched Saturday to the Boulder County Courthouse. They carried signs and chanted “black lives do matter here.”

One sign read “white silence is violence.”

The rally captured on video by the Boulder Daily Camera (https://www.dailycamera.com/ ) was among several nationwide in response to violence last weekend in Charlottesville, Virginia.

In Charlottesville, a man drove a car into a group protesting white supremacists. The attack killed one woman and injured 19 others.

The Boulder rally was led by the group Showing Up for Racial Justice. It was one of several nationwide including a Boston rally that drew thousands of racial-equality demonstrators.
