BENNINGTON, Vt. (AP) - A Wilmington, Vermont, woman will serve up to two years in prison for providing heroin to another woman who overdosed and died.

The Bennington Banner reports (https://bit.ly/2uZ5iRi ) that 28-year-old Tianna Fronsman pleaded guilty Tuesday to single felony counts of selling heroin with death resulting, selling heroin, possessing heroin, and a misdemeanor count of violating conditions of release.

She is one of three charged in connection with the overdose death of Kristin Long in December.

Fronsman is accused of supplying the heroin to Long’s sister who provided it to Long and her boyfriend.

As part of the plea agreement, felony manslaughter and heroin trafficking charges were dismissed. Fronsman received a five-to-10-year suspended sentence.
