PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Colorado police have arrested a woman in connection with the death of a Pueblo man who was struck and killed by a vehicle.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://bit.ly/2xkStRr ) the county coroner identified the deceased man as 25-year-old Christopher Piserchio. Police say Piserchio was killed Saturday as he was attempting to intervene in a fight happening inside the car that ran him over. The driver fled the scene.
Sgt. Eric Gonzalez says police later arrested a 29-year-old woman who witnesses have identified as the driver of the vehicle. She faces a second-degree murder charge and is being held at the Pueblo County jail.
