Synthetic marijuana suspected making people sick

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Synthetic marijuana may be making people sick in New Jersey’s largest city.

Newark police say ten people were sickened around the city on Monday. Police are investigating the likelihood that the individuals ingested synthetic marijuana.

There was an influx of cases in the city in April that subsided after numerous suspects were arrested.
