Man charged with sex abuse of 2 at assisted living facility

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (AP) - A Kentucky man has been charged with sexually abusing two residents at an assisted living facility.

WDRB-TV cited an arrest report that says 62-year-old Charles M. Ball is accused of inappropriately touching two elderly male residents without their permission on Sunday while visiting Bluegrass Assisted Living in Elizabethtown.

Police say Ball was arrested on Tuesday and charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of sex abuse.

It wasn’t immediately clear whether Ball has an attorney.
