LANCASTER, S.C. (AP) - A second man has been charged in the shooting death of a South Carolina teenager.

Lancaster police say 23-year-old Quinterius Clinton of Lancaster was arrested Friday for accessory after the fact of murder. On Thursday, 25-year-old Travis Belk was charged with murder and gun possession.

Investigators say 17-year-old Daquan Blackmon was riding in a car with Clinton and Belk on Aug. 18 when he was fatally shot. He was airlifted to a hospital and died two days later.

Police Chief Scott Grant says Clinton was driving the car, and Belk was shooting at someone else when a bullet hit Blackmon. Clinton is accused of withholding information by not telling investigators that Belk was shooting from the vehicle.

It’s unknown if Belk or Clinton have lawyers yet.
