ENGLEWOOD, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey police say a man sexually assaulted an 83-year-old woman on her way to church.

NJ.com reports (https://bit.ly/2v5KXtR ) the woman was heading to a sunrise service Monday at the Korean Community Church of New Jersey in Englewood when she was grabbed.

Police say the man, described as Hispanic and in his 30s, shoved the woman to the ground and sexually assaulted her.

Police released surveillance video in hopes someone can help identify the man.

Englewood Police Capt. Timothy Torrell says the assault appears to be a random attack. He says residents should be aware of their surroundings late at night and in the early morning.

Torrell says officers have increased their patrol of the area.
