ALBANY, Ga. (AP) - A woman has been killed in a hit-and-run in Georgia.

WALB-TV reports that Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler says that the woman was outside her car when she was struck and killed early Friday morning. Dougherty County Police are searching for the vehicle that hit the woman.

The victim’s identity has not been released.
