PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the shooting deaths of a man and woman inside a Phoenix apartment.
Phoenix police say 35-year-old Cleophus E. Cooksey Jr. was arrested in Sunday night’s shooting in an apartment complex near the intersection of Highland Avenue and 12th Street.
The identity of the victims hasn’t yet been released.
It’s not known whether Cooksey has yet been assigned an attorney.
