RUTLAND, Vt. (AP) - A Rutland man has been arrested for a second time in one week on charges of selling heroin.

Vermont State Police say 35-year-old Robert Grady was arrested Tuesday and was being held on $20,000 bail.

Police say Grady was arrested for sale of heroin in February 2016 and again on Jan. 25, 2017, before his third arrest on Tuesday for selling heroin and violating the conditions of his release.

It was not immediately known if Grady is being represented by an attorney.
