HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) - Three people have been arrested in the shooting death of a High Point man.

Police Capt. Mike Kirk told local media outlets that 26-year-old Danlonta Franchez Lindsey of High Point was arrested Wednesday night and charged with first-degree murder and injury to personal property.

Lindsey is charged with killing 26-year-old David Lee Antwan Gainey on Wednesday. Gaffney was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Twenty-five-year-old old Shacoby Demetrious Lindsey was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree murder. Forty-three-year-old Shalla Lindsey is charged as an accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. Police say she gave them incorrect information to help Shacoby Lindsey avoid arrest.

It was not known if the suspects have attorneys yet.
