PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police saved two Philadelphia women in the middle of a home invasion.

WPVI-TV reports (https://6abc.cm/2kPcuuk ) police responded to a call about a break-in around 2 a.m. Friday.

Lt. John Walker says officers rescued two women and arrested three armed suspects who were hiding throughout the house. Police say the suspects had taken cash and jewelry after threatening the women.

Investigators are trying to determine if the break-in is linked to a spree of home invasions targeting Asian business owners.
