SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) - Three people have been arrested in the home invasion shooting death of a man in Spartanburg County.

Local media outlets reported that 28-year-old Francisco Javier Villar of Spartanburg was found shot and wounded around 5 a.m. Saturday and was taken to a hospital, where he died.

Thirty-year-old Alicia Danielle Pilgrim of Inman was arrested Saturday evening at a home in Lexington.



Rayshawn Lamar Smith of Moore was arrested when he showed up at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the ear. Police say Smith was hurt during the home invasion.

Effrain Rivera of Moore has also been arrested. All three are charged with murder, burglary, kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. It was not known if the suspects have attorneys.
