LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Little Rock police say a man was found shot to death in the front seat of a car parked outside his home near the Arkansas State Fairgrounds.
Police spokesman Lt. Steve McClanahan said Monday that 24-year-old Troy Langston had been shot several times in the chest. Investigators do not believe the incident was a random crime, though a motive isn’t known. A witness told officers that someone left on foot wearing a black stocking hat, a black coat and blue jeans.
McClanahan said at a news conference that officers were called to the home late Sunday night.
The killing is Little Rock’s fifth homicide of the year
