8-hour standoff in Crosby ends with arrest

CROSBY, N.D. (AP) - A long standoff between law enforcement and a man accused of firing shots inside his house ended peacefully in Crosby.

The 33-year-old man surrendered to police Tuesday after holding them at bay for nearly eight hours.

WDAY (https://bit.ly/2kSeQdA ) reports the standoff began when neighbors called police after hearing gunshots. They were told to stay in their homes until the incident was resolved.
