FALKVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Authorities have caught the last of three inmates who escaped from a work release center earlier this week.

James Brent Brown escaped from the Decatur Word Release Center in Morgan County on Monday.

Al.com reports (https://bit.ly/2kAgSLV ) authorities said the 49-year-old Brown was found at a Falkville residence at 3 p.m. Wednesday by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshal’s Service Fugitive Task Force. Brown surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.

The other two inmates, Michael Ray Morrison, 45, and Jonathan Keith Kennedy, 38, were captured Tuesday by Alabama Department of Corrections agents.

Brown is serving a 99-year sentence for manslaughter. He would have been eligible for parole in December 2018.

All three inmates will be charged with escaped and will be transferred from the center to a higher-custody level prison.
