WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Authorities say a Delaware man has been indicted for distributing drugs that resulted in the death of another person.

Delaware U.S. Attorney Charles Oberly III says 27-year-old Theophil Hollis of Newark faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 20-years in prison if convicted.

Oberly’s office says Hollis distributed a mixture and substance containing fentanyl, which resulted in someone’s death in September. Hollis also faces possession with intent to distribute drug charges.

Oberly says in a statement that his office is “committed to prosecuting drug dealers responsible for overdose deaths.”

It was not immediately clear if Hollis has an attorney.
