BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Police in Burlington, Vermont, are looking for a driver who lost control of an SUV and slid backward into a parked unmarked police car in the city.
Police say the driver in the silver vehicle was traveling erratically on Saturday afternoon before losing control and striking the car, which wasn’t occupied. It happened at the intersection of Cliff and South Union streets.
Witnesses say the SUV left the scene quickly. The driver was described as a white man, about 30, with light-colored hair.
