EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Utah starting forward Kyle Kuzma sat out of Thursday night’s game against No. 7 Oregon because of a sprained ankle.

The 6-foot-9 junior apparently injured the ankle during practice on Wednesday.

Kuzma is the Utes’ top scorer and rebounder, averaging 15.7 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. His rebounding averaging ranked second in the Pac-12 and 17th in the nation.

He has 15 double-doubles this season.
