PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) - Peoria police say one of three men who approached a woman talking on the phone in a parked car shot her in the face.
Police say the woman was in critical condition after being shot in a parking lot outside the Peoria Municipal Complex early Saturday morning.
According to police, the woman was able to drive to a nearby location where she called police.
No detailed suspect descriptions were released.
