LISBON, Portugal (AP) - Striker Konstantinos Mitroglou scored a late goal to give Benfica a 1-0 win at Braga on Sunday, taking the defending champions back to the top of the Portuguese standings.

Having scored in Benfica’s 1-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Champion League’s Round of 16 earlier in the week, Mitroglou struck again in the 80th minute against Braga to restore his team’s one point advantage over FC Porto.

Also on Sunday, Pacos Ferrerira beat Setubal 2-1, while Guimaraes drew 1-1 at Belenenses.

Porto thrashed Tondela 4-0 at home on Friday with goals by Andre Silva, Ruben Neves, Tiquinho Soares and Diogo Jota.

Sporting Lisbon edged Rio Ave 1-0 on Saturday thanks to Alan Ruiz’s first-half goal.
