IRVINE, Calif. (AP) - Authorities in Orange County say two people shot dead at a home in Irvine are the mother and brother of the man arrested on suspicion of the killings.

Police spokeswoman Kim Mohr says the suspect, 37-year-old Nolan Pascal Pillay, was arrested without incident shortly after Tuesday’s shootings. It wasn’t immediately known if he has an attorney.

The Orange County Register reports (https://bit.ly/2kltqIN) the victims were identified Wednesday as 58-year-old Gloria Pillay and 35-year-old and Arlyn Pillay.

Mohr says the killings are being investigated as a domestic incident.
