LISBON, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for fatally shooting a man in Enderlin last year.

Twenty-nine-year-old Paul Miller was accused of shooting 28-year-old Billy Holladay from his pickup as Holladay walked down the street in February of 2016.

KFGO-AM (https://bit.ly/2lwbahQ ) reports the sentence was part of a plea agreement in which Miller pleaded guilty to murder and reckless endangerment.

Miller turned himself in after meeting with a Fargo lawyer.
