WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A South Florida woman has been sentenced to 10 years and four months in prison for a drunken driving crash that left a man dead.

The Palm Beach Post (https://goo.gl/pKILBj ) reports that 34-year-old Kelsey Sue Cooper was sentenced Wednesday for the DUI manslaughter conviction.

Authorities say Cooper was speeding on a Boca Raton road in July 2014 when she crashed into the driver’s side of 31-year-old Bradley Ray Street’s car. The man was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

Tests showed Cooper’s blood alcohol level to be three times the legal limit. Investigators say she also had cocaine in her system.
