CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A man has pleaded guilty in federal court in New Hampshire to possessing cocaine with intent to distribute.

Court document say Nashua police dispatched several officers to an apartment complex in July in response to a complaint about drug-dealing activity. Police stopped a vehicle in which Wilfredo Tanon Rodriguez was a passenger.

The 56-year-old Tanon Rodriguez consented to a search. Police said they found nearly 280 grams of cocaine in his possession. After his arrest, he said he was delivering cocaine at the time of the traffic stop.



He’s scheduled to be sentenced on June 2.

The car driver, Luis Capo-Nieves, is scheduled for trial on a related charge on March 8.
