GLASGOW, Del. (AP) - Authorities say a New Castle County man may have been shooting targets when he damaged his neighbor’s home for the second time in months.

Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier says residents told investigators Thursday that they discovered their window and bathroom wall had been damaged after hearing nearby gunshots.

The residents reported a similar experience in November upon finding a bullet in a wall.

Police determined the projectiles were coming from 31-year-old Drew R. Chicklo’s home, where they found a rifle, ammunition, a crossbow and a paper shooting target that was set up between the two homes.

Chicklo, who’s been barred from owning a gun since 2013, was charged with felony possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.

It’s unclear whether he has an attorney.
