PITTSBURGH (AP) - Pittsburgh’s SWAT team has arrested a man who allegedly fired a shot from his home that pierced the bedroom wall of his 80-year-old neighbor.

That woman wasn’t injured, but police say 30-year-old Justin McQuade still faces charges of reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure.

Police didn’t immediately explain how or why McQuade fired the shot just after 2:30 a.m. Friday.

Police called in the SWAT team after they couldn’t immediately contact McQuade, once investigators determined the shot came from his home.

The SWAT team was able to enter McQuade’s home after 4:15 a.m. where they found several guns and several bullet holes in the walls of McQuade’s residence.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for McQuade, who was in custody awaiting arraignment Friday morning.
