PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say the body of a woman found dead in front of a Phoenix business last week has been identified.

Phoenix police say the woman was 54-year-old Cynthia Hinkle and the case is being investigated as a homicide.

Officers responded to the area of West Camelback Road about a body being found last Friday morning.



Phoenix fire personnel arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Investigators say there were signs of physical trauma on the body.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and there are no suspect descriptions at this time.
