PHOENIX (AP) - Two Phoenix strip club employees accused in the death of an off-duty Daisy Mountain firefighter last month have pleaded not guilty.
Maricopa County Superior Court officials say 26-year-old Brandon Douglas Draper and 42-year-old Timothy John Piegari had their arraignments Tuesday.
Draper is a bouncer at the Centerfolds Cabaret while Piegari is the club manager.
Phoenix police say surveillance video of a Jan. 21 altercation outside the strip club showed Draper pushing 37-year-old Luke Jones to the ground and striking him numerous times on the head and Piegari disconnecting the video.
Draper was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder while Piegari was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence.
Daisy Mountain Fire Department officials say Jones was a 12-year veteran and left behind a wife and daughter.
