Police told the Deseret News (https://tinyurl.com/hqymekj ) Wednesday the victim was improving but remained in critical condition.

Investigators arrested the suspect late Tuesday after viewing surveillance video from inside the apartment building about a mile west of the state Capitol at 204 W. 200 North.
