PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Portland man found guilty of sexually abusing a 4-year-old child has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison.
KPTV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2kQRbeq ) that James Edward Zwaschka was sentenced after being convicted of sexual abuse and sodomy charges Wednesday.
Police say the 43-year-old man abused the young victim in Oregon City.
Authorities had been alerted to the abuse in 2015 by the child’s family.
