LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a man died of an apparently self-inflicted wound after barricading himself inside a Las Vegas hospital.
MountainView Hospital was locked down after a man believed to be armed holed up in a bathroom early Sunday morning.
Las Vegas police say the man was isolated and didn’t threaten staff or patients. He was found dead hours after the lockdown began.
Authorities ordered evacuations at the hospital and closed down nearby roads to protect people.
